TTC: Resignation of chairman of BOD

Thanh Thanh Joint Stock Company (TTC) has informed of resignation of Ms. Phan Thi My Linh – Chairman of the BOD from 13/05/2009.

From 14/05/2009, the BOD has agreed to authorize Ms. Chau Thi Dieu Phuong – BOD member to solve issues belonging to competence of a chairman of the BOD.
