Prudential Balanced Fund (PRUBF1) has informed of personnel change as follows:

* Chairman of the Representative Board and the legal representative:

- Appointing Mr. Lakshman Kumar Mylavarapu (Indian) to Chairman of the Representative Board and the legal representative instead of Mr. Hwang Sung Ho from 13/05/2009.

- Mr. Hwang Sung Ho has no longer been a member of the Representative Board
