VNE: Project transference

Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint- Stock Corporation (VNE: VNECO) has informed of project transference as follows:

VNECO has signed contract with the Thien Thanh Construction – Trading – Manufacture Co. Ltd. (*) about transferring the project of Green Plaza Hotel located at Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau Dist., Danang City.

* Transference value (after tax): VND385 billion

* Total cost of construction: VND279,857,501,021

* Time of completing transference procedures: Q2/2009
