HSI: No examination of the Q1 financial statement

General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HSI: MF JSC) has given explanation for not examining the Q1/09 financial statement as follows:

* The company published its Q1/2009 financial statement on 23/04/2009.

* It had not chosen the independent auditing company to do examination of the financial statement.

The company has committed to do examination of the financial statements for the next quarters.
