SHC: Personnel Assignment

Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Company (SHC) Ltd. announces new personnel assignment as follows:

* Mr. Le Duy Hiep was elected to be a member of the Board of Directors for 2006-2011.

* Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc, a BOD member, was elected to be Deputy Chairman for 2006-2011.

* Mr. Hoang Phong Giao will be replaced Mr. Ngo Manh Ha as the Chief Accountant cum the authorized information disclosure staff as of May 28th 2009.
