Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City announces the Board Resolution approved on 15/4/2009 as follows:

-    Mr. Hoang Van Dai has been voted Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-    Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung has been voted Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Manager

-    Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet will hold Deputy Manager

-    Mr. Pham Canh Toan will hold Deputy Manager

-    Mr. Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong will hold Chief Accountant

-    Mr. Phan Xuan Phuong has been voted Chief of Supervisory Board

-    Mr. Dinh Khac Cao, former Chairman of the Board will hold honorary Chairman of the Board.
