CJC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Audited financial statement for FY2008.
2. Dividend payment and set up fund 2008:
- Dividend payment in cash : VND 5,000,000,000
- Seting up investment and development fund: VND 3,270,552,326
- Remuneration for Supervisory Board: VND 9,600,000
- Seting up Reward and welfare fund: VND 2,358,785,727
3. The Board of Directors will select auditor for 2009
4. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board
