Fortune Securities Corporation (PHS) has informed of share ownership worth more than 14% of chartered capital as follows:

The Quang Huy Investment Consultancy Ltd., Co. has contributed capital to PHS at the time of raising chartered capital from VND100 billion to VND135 billion

- Total owning volume:  1,785,000 shares, equivalent to 14.7% of chartered capital.
