NTP: Board Resolution

Tien Phong Plastic JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 05/05/2009 as follows:

1. Elect member of Manager Board

-          Mr. Pham Van Vien has been appointed General Manager

-          Mr. Nguyen Quoc Truong, Director-cum-Foreman of workshop 5, has been appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of business.

-          Mr. Dong Xuan Viet, foreman  of workshop 3, has been appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of Technology.

2. Mr. Tran Ba Phuc, Chair of the Board, will coordination with Manager Board to manage company.
