CSG: Directorate Change

Sai Gon Cable Corporation announces changes in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Ms. Trinh Thi Hanh, standing Chief Accountant, has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect from01/5/2009 to 01/5/2010.

-  Mr. Nguyen Van Truong has been appointed member of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/4/2009.

-  Ms. Pham Thi Loi and Ms. Ho Thi Thu Huong have resigned from Directors with effect since 26/4/2009.

-  Electing new Directors and member of Supervisory Board:
