GLS: Personnel change

Golden Lotus Sercurities Corporation (GLS) has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. Change of chairman of the BOD:

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Khac Son to Chairman of the BOD instead of Mr. Le Viet Hai due to his resignation.

2. Change of BOD members:

* Appointing Mr. Vo Dac Khoi to BOD member instead of Mr. Le. Viet Hai due to change of the representative of the HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Khac Son to BOD member instead of Mr. Pham Dinh Khang due to change of the representative of the Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh to BOD member instead of Mr. Vo Quoc Thang due to change of the representative of the Central Dong Tam Joint Stock Company(*).
