Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City announces the management changes of the company since 15/4/2009 as follows:

1. Mr. Hoang Van Dai  will not hold Manager to hold Chairman of the Board of the company

2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung will hold Manager and Vice Chairman of the company

3. Mr. Pham Canh Toan will not hold Chief of Supervisory Board to hold Director and Deputy Manager

4. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet will not hold Director

5. Mr. Bui Tat Tuom and Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong will hold Directors

6. Mr. Phan Xuan Phuong will hold Chief of Supervisory Board

7. Mr. Nguyen Ai Binh will not hold member of Supervisory Board

8. Ms. Do Thi Phuong Thao will hold member of Supervisory Board

9. Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy Trang will hold member of Supervisory Board
