- Dividend payment: 10.51%

- Profit before tax: VND 2,072,267,787
- Setting up fund: VND 198,937,708
- Dividend payout ratio: 9.3%
6. Remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and secretary 2009:
- Chair of the Board: VND 1,500,000/month
- Director: VND 1,000,000/ month
- Chief of Supervisory Board: VND 1,000,000/month
- Member of Supervisory Board: VND 700,000/ month
- Secretary: VND 700,000/ month
7. The Board of Directors will select auditor for year 2009
8. Make a plan to merge the Company with Da Nang Construction Building Materials and Cement JSC (DXV).
