CIC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

COTEC Investment and Construction JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/5/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan 2009

2. Report of Supervisory Board 2008

3. Profit distribution plan 2008:

- Dividend payment by share: 247,145 shares

- Reduced Income tax used to supplement investment and development fund: VND 359,494,601

- Financial reserve fund: VND 153,232,929

- Welfare fund: VND 169,987,324

- Reward fund: VND 169,987,324

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and manager board: VND 100,000,000

4. The Board of Directors will select auditor

5. Plan to increase Charter Capital through seasoned issue of 247,145 shares

6. Elected new the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for 2009-2014 period:
