HJS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Nam Mu Hydropower JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan 2009

•        2008

- Production: VND 44.1 billion

- Revenue: VND 40.35 billion

- Profit: VND 9.23 billion

- Investment: VND 137 bilion

- Dividend payment rate: 11%

•        2009

- Production: VND 73,477,600,000

- Revenue: VND 66,966,000,000

- Profit: VND 11.3 billion

- Investment: VND 40.71 billion

- Principal payment: 58,721,000,000

- Dividend payment rate: 15%
