Sai Son Cement JSC announces the management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Van Bong will hold Chairman of the Board and Manager of the company since 11/5/2009

2. Mr. Vuong Van Long will hold Vice Chairman of the Board

3. Mr. Phung Minh Tuan will hold Deputy Manager of the company

4. Nguyen Duy Quy will not hold Deputy Manager of the company since 11/5/2009
