Deutsche Bank AG permitted to increase charter capital

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.1079/QĐ-NHNN on May 7, 2009 to permit Deutsche Bank AG branch in Ho Chi Minh City to increase its charter capital from US$ 15 million to US$ 24 million.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. It is an integral part of License No.20/NH-GP issued by the SBV Governor for Deutsche Bank AG’s Branch in Ho Chi Minh City on June 28th, 1995.
