VNA: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Vuong Minh Hai who relates to Mr. Vuong Ngoc Son – Chief Accountant of the Vinaship Joint Stock Company (VNA: Vinaship) bought 2,000 VNA shares on 18th February 2009 and then, sold 2,000 shares on 24th February 2009 without announcement. On 9th April 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Vuong Minh Hai in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
