* Venue: Tan Son Nhat Hotel, 198-200 Hoang Van Thu, Ward 9, Dist. Phu Nhuan, Hochiminh.

* Participants: The shareholders in the list on April 07th 2009.

* Content of the meeting:

- Report on the company’s operation in 2008; and Business plan for 2009;

- Passing the dividend payment for Tranche 2/2008 and the year 2009;

- Passing the compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2009;

- Report of the Board of Supervisors;

- Choosing the auditing company for FY 2009;

- Report on the progress rate of the project of construction and machinery in 2008;

- Election of another BOD member for the term 2009 – 2013.
