V11: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Construction JSC No 11 has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3/4/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008

2. Plan in 2009

3. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:

- Remuneration for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: 0.3% revenue

- Reward for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: 1% of profit after tax in case of completing the plan and 10% of profit after tax excessive the plan.

4. Auditing company in 2009

- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC

5. Change in head office of the company  

6. Change in Directors:

- Mr. Hoang Hop Thuong will hold Director in place of Mr. Phan Vu Anh
