STC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2008
Book and Educational Equipment JSC in Ho Chi Minh city has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Audited financial statement 2008 and setting up funds.
- Revenue: VND 220,961,395,738
- Profit before tax: VND 12,890,469,185
- Income tax: VND 1,615,915,318
- Profit for distribution: VND 9,238,654,141
- Charter capital supplementing reserve: VND 461,932,707
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 923,865,414
- Management board fund: VND 461,932,707
- Dividend payment 12%: VND 6,798,636,000 prepaid 2 rounds in 2008
- Retained earning: VND 592,287,313
- Exempted income tax Investment and development fund: VND 2,035,899,726
2. Plan 2009
- Revenue: VND 225 bil.
- Profit: VND 13 bil.
- Dividend payment: 12%
3. Corporate Governance of the Company
- Setting up some one member limited companies
4. Payment to the Board of Directors, Supervisory board and assistants of BOD: 3-4% of profit after tax
5. Share premium of 2008 is supplemented to working capital of the company.
6. Auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement 2009: AAC Auditing and Accounting Company
