HTP: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Hoaphat Textbook Printing JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of the Board of Directors first period (2004-2008) and plan for second period (2009-2013)

2. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and audited financial statement 2008:

- Revenue: VND 29.333 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 3.251 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 2.567 billion

- Set up fund: VND 0.704 billion

- Salary unit price: VND 1.5/ VND 1 of profit

- Dividend payment rate: 10%

3. Plan in 2009:

- Revenue: VND 25 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 2 billion

- Set up fund: VND 0.704 billion

- Salary unit price: VND 2 - 2.5/ VND 1 profit

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board: 5% of Profit

- Dividend payment rate: 10%
