SJ1: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Tran Kim Hung who relates to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ngoc – BOD Member of the Seafood Joint Stock Company No 1 (SJ1: SEAJOCO VIETNAM) bought 2,000 SJ1 shares from 24th February 2009 to 9th March 2009 without announcement. On 9th April 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Tran Kim Hung in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
