MHC: Identify value of capital transference

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MHC: Marina Hanoi) has informed of identifying value of transference of the Ocean Park building as follows:

On 8th December 2008, the company signed the contract of transferring capital of the Ocean Park building to the Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines). Total value of transference: USD4.65 million (VND82,709,550,000) (Exchange rate: USD1 = VND17,787 on 7th April 2009).
