SHC: Resolution of the BOD

Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Co. Ltd (SHC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

* Passing the transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (Transimex Saigon) which is a strategic shareholder of the company.

* Passing dissolution of the Van Phu Co. Ltd. – Subsidiary of SHC.

* Passing resignation of Mr. Luu Tien Ai from the position of Chairman and member of the BOD from 23/04/2009.

* Appointing Mr. Tran Huu Chieu to Chairman of the BOD for the term of 2006-2011.

* Appointing Mr. Hoang Phong Giao to Chief Accountant instead of Mr. Vu Van Hanh.
