BBS announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 27/4/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 23/4/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 23 and 24/04/2009)

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 5.5% (Shareholders receive VND 550 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 20/05/2009

+ Place of payment:
