SD3: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Song Da No.3 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 14/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008:
- Total output: VND 303,408 mil
- Revenue: VND 273,540 mil.
- Payables to the State: VND 13,675 mil.
- Profit after tax/charter capital: 23%
- Dividend payout ratio: 13%
2. Plan in 2009:
- Total output: VND 291,626 mil.
- Revenue: VND 315,550 mil.
- Payables to the State: VND 11,833 mil.
- Profit before tax: VND 19,000 mil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 14%
- Investment: VND 58,393 mil.
