SD6 announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Song Da 6 JSC

- Stock code: SD6

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 28/4/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 24/2/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 24/4/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)   

+ Exercise date: 15/05/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da 6 JSC, 30 Ba Trieu, Nguyen Trai, Ha Dong, Ha Tay on working days (from Monday to Saturday) since 15/5/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SD6 on 27, 28, 29/4/2009.
