S55 announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 13/4/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 9/4/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 9/4/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders receive VND 2,000 for every share they own)
