Viglacera Tuson Ceramic JSC has cancelled the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 28/03/2009.

Reasons: The number of participants represented only 53.19% of total voting rights, which is not eligible for an AGM (according to the Enterprise Law, the number of participants in AGM must represent at least 65% of total voting rights).

Second AGM will be held on 9h30, 27/04/2009.
