Higher Educational and Vocational Book JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 04/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result, audited financial statment, report of Supervisory Board of 2008

- Revenue: VND 37,640,119,469

- Profit before tax: VND 3,465,412,395

- Dividend payment rate: 17%

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board: 3% of salary fund

2. Plan in 2009

- Revenue: VND 38 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 3.6 billion

- Dividend payment rate: 17%

- Setting up fund after making dividend payment

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board: 3% of salary fund

-Selecting aditor: Auditing and Accounting company Ltd. (217 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Da Nang)
