PGS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 31/03/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

3. Dividend payment in 2009 : 12%

4. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board

- For Director: VND 3,000,000/ month/ person

- For member of Supervisory Board: VND 2,000,000/ month/ person

5. Above-plan bonus in 2008 for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Manager board : VND 300,000,000

6. Selecting Delloitte Vietnam Company Ltd as auditor of company in 2009

7. Mr. Vu Quy Hieu has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Trinh Van Khiem
