HDC: Delay issuance of additional shares

Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC: HODECO) has informed of delay issuance of 2,672,000 shares as follows:

On 26th December 2007, the company passed the issuance of a 2,672,000 additional shares. However, due to instability of the securities market, it has decided to delay the issuance to the appropriate time. The issue had been also reported in the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting.
