Hanoi to host major trade affairs in late May

More than 450 manufacturers from 20 countries around the world will take part in the 2009 Vietnam Manufacturing Expo and NEPCON Vietnam 2009, held in Hanoi from May 28-30.

These events will introduce a range of new products and technologies in the major fields of plastics and rubber, automobile spare parts, and assembling and automation technologies.

Four international exhibitions on machinery and manufacturing technologies will be held during the events including the InterPlas Vietnam 2009, InterMold Vietnam 2009, Automotive Manufacturing Vietnam 2009, and Automation Vietnam 2009.

Managing director of the Reed Tradex Company - one of the Thailand’s leading exhibitors, Ms Nichapa Yoswee said that enterprises will be able to learn more about the world’s most advanced technologies as well as expanding their business operations.

The events have been organized by Reed Tradex in collaboration with the Singapore Electronics Industry, the Hanoi University of Technology, the Vietnam Automation Association, the Vietnam Mechanical Manufacturers Association, the Vietnam Chamber of Industry and Trade and a number of other associations.
