YBC announces the record date for dividend payment of 2008 and share purchase right as follows:

-         Record date: 26/3/2009

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 24/3/2009

+ For T+2 transactions: 25/3/2009

-         Reasons: dividend payment 2008 and share purchase right

1. Exercise share purchase right:

+ Right allotment rate: 1share – 1 purchase right 

+ Exercise rate: 2:1 (2 purchase right – 1 new share)

Common shares will be rounded down to the unit digit. Odd shares will be placed with other eligible subjects, however at a price not less than that applied to outstanding shareholders.

-          Issuing price: VND 10,000/share

-          Time for purchase right transfer: From 8/4/2009 to 6/5/2009

-          Time for registration and payment: From 8/4/2009 to 8/5/2009

-          Purchase right owners are allowed to transfer the purchase right to another person for only one time, transfer to the third party is not allowed.

-         Place:

+ For deposited shares: shareholders will register purchase right and pay for new shares in securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will register purchase right and pay for new shares at the head office of Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC since 8/4/2009. Identification Card is required.

2. 2008 dividend payment in cash

-         Exercise rate: 12% (shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every 1 share they own).

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend at the head office of Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of YBC on 25/3, 26/3 and 27/3/2009.
