UNI: Result of buying back stock

VienLien Joint-Stock Company (UNICO) announced the result of buying bach stock as follows:

* Number of treasury stock before trading: 253,416 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 220,000 shares

* Number of shares bought back: 76,260 shares

* Number of treasury stock after trading: 329,676 shares

* Finish date: March 20, 2009

The number of 143,740 shares, which have not yet been repurchased, will be bought back by UNICO in April 2009 if the Hochiminh Stock Exchange accepts the registration of share repurchase.
