Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan who relates to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Loan – BOD member of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company bought 15,800 TPC shares from 16 February 2009 to 24 February 2009 without announcement.

* Mr. Ta Xuan Thuy who relates to Ms. Le Thi My Ngoc– member of the Supervisory Board of the company bought 10,000 TPC shares from 18 February 2009 to 19 February 2009 without announcement.

* On 25 February 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan and Mr. Ta Xuan Thuy in order to require them to give explanation on this matter.
