Three Finance Companies allowed to increase charter capitals
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), on March 19, issued Decision No. 576/QD-NHNN to permit the Mineral and Coal Finance Company to raise its charter capital to VND 1 trillion.
On the same day, the SBV Governor issued Decision No. 579/QD-NHNN and Decision No. 580/QD-NHNN to allow the Vietnam Shipbuilding Finance Company and the Textile Finance Company to increase their charter capitals. The former is permitted to raise its charter capital to VND 1,323 billion from VND 1,023 billion and the latter is to raise its charter capital to VND 300 billion from VND 234 billion .
Under these Decisions, the three Finance Companies are allowed to amend their regulations of organizational structure and operations in line with their new charter capital.
The three Finance Companies are also required to register and publicize their new charter capitals in accordance with the Vietnamese law.
