Sea & Air Freight International (SAFI) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

Article 1: Raising chartered capital to VND80 – 100 billion in 2009:

- Issuing shares to existing shareholders for the second time of 2008:

+ Exercise ratio: 1:1

+ Finance source: Accumulated profit

- Issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders:

+ Exercise ratio: 1:1

+ Finance source: Accumulated profit and fund of development investment

- Issuing shares to strategic partners under private method

Article 2: The annual shareholders’ meeting is expected to hold on 24th April 2009.
