DCL: Violation of inside shareholder

Mr. Pham Trung Hien who relates to Mr. Pham Trung Nghia – BOD member of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (PHARIMEXCO) sold 121,000 DCL shares from 17 October 2008 to 25 February 2009 without announcement. On 26 February 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Pham Trung Hien in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
