Song Da 9.09 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 13/03/2009 as follows:

Construction:

-          Ensure the progress, quality and effectiveness of Son La hydro power project.

-          Start construction of Lai Chau hydro power project, Nam Quang Nam road, works of Nghi Xuan water supply projects.

Investment:

-          Transfer Tan Van project.

-          Phinh Ho project.

-          Ngoc Khanh project: completting ground and designing plan on 30/3/2009.

-          Vinh ho project: set up designing plan 1/500 ratio

Business services:

-          Expand labour export

II. Task guideline for 2009

1. Construction:

-          Son La hydro power project: Ensure the progress, quality and effectiveness of the project.

-          Lai Chau hydro power project: Ensure the progress, quality of the project. Finish in 2009.

-          Nam Quang Nam road project: Finish road base, road and preventive structures,

-          Works of Nghi Xuan water supply projects: finish and hand over in QII.2009.

2. Capital recover:

-          Set up a capital, debt recover board and cooperate with related units to to settle the final account of projects and works such as: DT 176, SESan 4, Pleikrong, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Lai Chau hydro power projects, Nghi Xuan water supply project…

3. Investment:

-          Select projects to carry out.

4. Business services:

-          Expand labour export market.

III. Others:

-          Activity of the Board of Directors 2008 and 2009 plan

-         Operating result 2008 and 2009 plan

-          General Manager leasing contract

-          Financial statement 2008, profit allocation plan, charter capital increasing plan….
