Textbook Printing JSC In Hochiminh City has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9/3/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

Did not aggree on change of purpose to use the proceeds from additional issue to increase charter capital as the approval was under 75%.
