OCS: Ceasing business activity and share transference

Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company (OCS) has informed of share transference and ceasing business activities as follows:

1. The State Securities Commission has approved the OCS to transfer its shares in the issuance of raising capital from VND50 billion to VND150 billion. Buying partner is the Ocean Joint Stock Company with total volume of 8,900,000 shares equivalent to VND89 billion.

2. Adjusting business license:

- Ceasing business activity of underwriting from 16th March 2009

- Business after change: Customers trading, proprietary trading, investment advisory and depository.

- Chartered capital: VND150 billion
