PGS: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 24/03/2009 as follows:

1. Reports in AMG 2009, including:

-          Audited financial statement 2008

-          Dividend payment 2008: 14.5%

-          Dividend payment 2009: 12%

-          Payment for the Board of Director and Supervisory Board ( who not get salary):

(VND 3,000,000/ person/ month applied to Director and VND 2,000,000/person/ month applied to member of Supervisory Board)

-          Auditor in 2009 is Deloitte Vietnam Company ltd

-          Mr. Vu Quoc Hieu has been appointed Director

-          The bonus for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2008 was VND 300 million.

-          Reports of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2008.

2. Plan to set up branches Quang Ngai and  Dong Nai. Mr. Dao Dinh Thiem has been appointed Manager of Dong Nai branch. Mr. Pham Tien Manh, Deputy Manager of Nha Trang branch, has been appointed Deputy Manager of Quang Ngai branch.

3. Invest in Tay nam cold store with total VND 50 billion for 3 years, VND 14.4 billion for the first period.

4. Stop LPG Go Dau store project and transfer the resources to LPG Dung Quat stores and filling station.
