MPC: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Nguyen Tien Co, who relates to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan - the BOD member of Minh Phu Seafood Joint stock Company (MINH PHU SEAFOOD CORP), sold 4,000 MPC shares on March 2nd 2009 without announcement. On March 17th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Nguyen Tien Co in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
