UDEC: Notice of canceling auction

The Urban Development and Construction Company (UDEC) has informed of canceling auction as follows:

* Until the deadline of registering the auction dated 25th March 2009, there was only 1 investor to participate the auction. Basing on the Article 13, Decision No. 28/QD-SGDHCM-PDG issued on 9th March 2009 about auction regulation of the Urban Development And Construction Company, it could not organize the auction.

* Investor who registered the auction can come to agents to withdraw deposit.
