HRC: Violation of inside trading

HRC announces the violation of inside trading as follows:

Mr. Le Quy, who relates to Mr. Le Hao - the BOD member of the Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HORUCO), bought 3,370 HRC shares from November 11th 2008 to February 12th 2009 without announcement. On March 23rd 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Le Quy in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
