Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) has informed of holding the annual shareholders’ meeting 2009 as follows:

* Meeting time: 8.30am, 06 April 2009

* Venue: Thuan Phu Commune – Dong Phu Dist. – Binh Phuoc Province

* Contents of the meeting:

- Report on the 2008 audited financial statement and profit distribution for 2008

- Report of the BOD and Supervisory Board

- Dividend pay-out ratio for 2008 as 20%; using the 2008 remaining dividend of 10% for investing to company projects in 2009.

- Deducting 10% of profit after tax for fund of bonus and welfare

- Chairman of BOD is also General Director

- Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2008 and 2009

- Cooperating with the Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Zone JSC to set up the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC with chartered capital of VND100 billion, area of 186 hectares (DORUCO contributes 51%).

- Choosing an auditing company for 2009
