DQC: Violation of inside trading

DQC announces the violation of inside trading as follows:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen, who relates to Mr. Ho Quynh Hung – Deputy General Director of the Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (DQ JSC), sold 160,000 DQC shares from March 11th 2009 to March 12th 2009 without announcement. On March 17th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen in order to require her to give explanation on this matter.
