CTC: Board Resolution

Gia Lai Culture - Tourism JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 19/02/2009 as follows:

1. Operating results of 2008:

- Revenue: VND 93,959,559,093

- Profit before tax: VND 5,928,530,110

- Profit after tax: VND 5,134,304,516

2. Dividend payment for the second time in 2008 with the exercise rate of 6% (Shareholder receive VND 600 for every share they own). Total Dividend payment is VND 1,425,720,000.
